Jeff Rothbard brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has closed transactions with clients, such as Walmart, Home Depot, Walgreen’s Drug Store, Costco, Starbucks, Rite Aid Drug Store, Office Depot, Costco, Wendy’s, Del Taco, Chick-Fil-A, Brinker International (Chili’s), KIMCO Realty, He has worked with institutional and private investors and banks, such as Roy Disney’s Genesis Fund, Johnson Clayton Trust (owned in part by Magic Johnson), RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), Inland Properties, and PNC Bank. During his 25 year career, Jeff has acquired and sold over $500 million of investment real estate. Jeff is the "go-to" for all business and acquisition duties at SilverCreek Construction.
With an incredible sense and knowledge of interior design, Laurie has assisted numerous customers with their interior deign and is the "go-to" for all things style and design at SilverCreek Residential and based upon her amazing designs we have started SilverCreek Design. Jeff and Laurie both love to spend time with their family, playing tennis and traveling together.
Martin began his career in commercial real estate as an asset management accountant with the Mansur Group, in Indianapolis, being responsible for the daily accounting functions and staff of a $150 million-dollar commercial real estate portfolio.
In 1994, he joined The Kite Companies, as the CFO and Treasurer of their vertically integrated construction and development platform where he was responsible for the entire accounting, tax, and finance structures while reporting to the Board of Directors and soon became a member of the Board of Directors as well. While at Kite, he was responsible for over $350 million of debt and equity transactions. After leaving Kite, Martin rejoined David DeWitt to form DeWitt & Shrader, P.C. and Forsite Properties, LLC to specialize in tax and financial consulting for real estate related clients, and the development of affordable housing using various tax incentive programs.
He recently joined SilverCreek Construction, LLC and SilverCreek Residential, LLC as a partner helping to expand the operational efficiency, IT infrastructure, and overall business in the residential construction, light commercial construction, and data center development markets.
